Inside EAS

The free newsletter is for everyone. This is for the people who want to go a little deeper.

Every free post on the EAS Substack stays free. That's not changing. But if you've been reading for a while and you want more of the "how," not just the "what," a paid subscription gets you closer to the actual coaching process, without the price tag of 1:1 work.

This isn't a paywall on things that used to be free. It's a second layer built specifically for paid subscribers: live conversation, tools you can actually use that week, and a look behind the curtain at how the POWERS Framework gets built and taught.

What Paid Subscribers Get

Monthly Live Q&A

A 30 to 45 minute live session once a month where you can bring whatever is actually going on, ADHD-related or not. Recorded for anyone who can't make it live.

The POWERS Toolkit

A growing library of worksheets and trackers pulled straight from Empower 360 and 1:1 coaching, things like the Meltdown Plan and the Focus Action Menu, ready for you to use on your own.

Early Access

First look at new curriculum, new POWERS Framework content, and upcoming Empower 360 cohorts before anything goes public.

Paid Subscriber Discord Space

A dedicated channel inside the EAS Discord, just for paid subscribers, for the conversations that don't fit into a comment section.

Why Subscribe

I built Empower ADHD Solutions because I spent years thinking I was failing at things that were never designed for how my brain works. Everything I write, coach, and build comes out of that same idea: your brain isn't broken, your systems just haven't caught up yet.

Paid subscriptions are what let me keep doing this work independently, outside of ad-driven platforms and without watering down what I actually believe about neurodivergence to make it more marketable. If the free content has helped, a paid subscription is the most direct way to keep it going and get more in return.

"This isn't therapy and it isn't a productivity hack account. It's the first place that's talked about ADHD like it's actually mine to work with, not something to fix." — EAS Substack reader
